A general purpose, condensation cured silicone for mould making with great reproduction of fine details. It is extremely durable making moulds of all sorts to be used and reused again and again.
For use with Jesmonite, resin (all kinds), plaster, wax, the list goes on and on.
Perfect for making moulds where there are deep undercuts present.
If you need to brush or slather on to vertical surfaces the addition of thixotrope will increase the viscosity so that the silicone doesn’t run (Add 1-2% by weight of Thixotrope to total mix).
Sold as kits with silicone and catalyst included or available separately if you require a variety of catalysts (Slow, Fast, Very Fast).
The silicone itself is off white but it can also be tinted with silicone pigments.
