A soft expanded polyethylene foam which is tough but easy to cut with scissors or craft knives. It can be vacuum-formed or heat moulded. If heat moulding, pre-heat the oven to 140° C and heat for 12 seconds per mm thickness turning if necessary. It should feel warm but not sticky.
